Experienced Professionals Serving Businesses Nationwide

Silicon Ledger is a team of experienced professionals based in the greater Nashville area focused on helping businesses identify and pursue incentive and refund opportunities tied to their everyday operations.

Our primary focus is the Indiana Gasoline Use Tax refund — a state program administered by the Indiana Department of Revenue that allows qualifying Indiana businesses to recover taxes overpaid on fuel used in vehicle operations.

Our Story

Silicon Ledger was founded in 2021 with a simple goal: help businesses identify opportunities that often go unnoticed within complex incentive and refund programs.

Many of these programs require detailed analysis, organized documentation, and ongoing filing processes. For business owners focused on running their companies, evaluating these opportunities internally can be difficult to prioritize.

Our team brings together professionals with experience in financial analysis, operational data review, and program documentation. By combining this experience with a practical, process-driven approach, we help businesses evaluate opportunities that align with their operations.

Silicon Ledger's core service — the Indiana Gasoline Use Tax refund — is administered by the Indiana Department of Revenue. We handle eligibility review, data collection, documentation, calculations, and direct submission to INDOR on your behalf, entirely on a contingency basis. There is no upfront cost. We only get paid when you do.

Today, Silicon Ledger supports businesses across the United States while operating from the greater Nashville, Tennessee area.

While Silicon Ledger is headquartered in the greater Nashville area, our work supports businesses across the country. Our team has worked with companies operating in more than 40 states.

Our Approach

Our work is built around a straightforward principle: keep the process organized and manageable for business owners. Our team focuses on reviewing data, preparing documentation, and managing the submission process so businesses can continue focusing on their operations.

Industries We Work With

Many of the businesses we support operate in industries where fuel usage, facilities, equipment, and operational processes generate large volumes of data.

  • Fleet and logistics operators
  • Delivery and transportation companies
  • Automotive businesses
  • Construction and service contractors
  • Restaurants and hospitality businesses
  • Healthcare and service providers
  • Last-mile delivery contractors (FedEx Ground, Amazon DSP operators)
  • Non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) providers
  • Towing and roadside recovery companies
  • Owner-operators leased to a carrier
  • Airport shuttle and ground transportation services
  • Limousine and black car fleets
  • Charter bus and motorcoach operators

Our experience working with operational businesses allows us to understand how these companies run day-to-day and how incentive programs may connect to those operations.

If your business operates vehicles in Indiana and purchases fuel regularly, there's a good chance you qualify. We'll review your eligibility at no cost.
